What does this mean for you?
Controller
Document per AI system how each GDPR principle is complied with. Conduct a data minimisation analysis on training data and record why the amount of personal data is necessary.
Processor
Process personal data only in accordance with the controller's instructions. Implement technical measures for data minimisation and pseudonymisation in AI pipelines.
Data Protection Officer
Advise on the application of principles to AI processing. Pay specific attention to purpose limitation when reusing data for AI training and to accuracy of training data.
Data Subject
You have the right to know which personal data is used for AI, for what purpose, and on what basis. If the processing does not comply with the principles, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
