AI literacy is now enforceable policy: what organizations must demonstrably have in place

The Dutch DPA publishes a follow-up guidance on AI literacy. Not as a standalone campaign, but as a blueprint for how organizations structurally embed AI knowledge. Since February 2025, the obligation from the AI Regulation applies; supervision starts in August 2026.
