The Dutch supervisory authority responsible for coordinating AI supervision together with the DPA. The RDI oversees digital infrastructure, telecom, and cybersecurity. Under the EU AI Act, the RDI functions as coordinating market surveillance authority and manages the AI Regulatory Sandbox.
