AI Act Readiness Sprint
The Readiness Sprint answers the question every organisation starts with: which AI do we actually use, which obligations apply, and what is missing from our file? In two weeks we inventory your AI systems, classify each system against Annex III, and record which evidence exists per system and which is missing. You do not get a generic advisory report, but a register and a roadmap you can work with immediately.
What we do
- Inventory of all AI systems, including shadow AI and procured tools
- Risk classification per system against Annex III and the Article 5 prohibitions
- Role determination per system: provider, deployer or both
- Gap analysis per obligation: what exists, what is missing, what is the risk
- Review of existing DPIAs, policies and vendor contracts
- Prioritisation by risk, deadline and visibility to supervision
What it delivers
- An AI register that survives a question from a regulator, client or auditor
- Substantiated classification per system, including when the conclusion is "not high risk"
- Clear owners per system and per obligation
- A roadmap that gives board and teams the same priorities
- A direct foundation for governance and Article 4 evidence
